Tabular View

The Tabular view provides touch data information of the currently connected kit in tabular format .

Touch data is shown in three tables: Buttons (top), Wheels (middle) and Sliders(bottom) tables . The tables display sensor related information such as id, name (set by user), state, channel and touch related data. The sliders and wheels have channel set that is opened by pressing the button in +/- column.

Figure 1. Tabular View

For Surface kits, this view shows two dimensional tabular representation of signals, deltas and references of individual sensors, sleep channels, segment channels, row line and column line channels.

Top left section of each cell in the table displays the channel number. Centre section of the cell displays the actual value of the channel (signal, delta or reference value). Bottom right section displays the detect threshold of the channel and this is applicable only for deltas.

Figure 2. Tabular View For Surface Kit

The strength of delta values are represented by the intensity of green colour filled in the cell. When the delta increases, the filled colour intensity will increase. The colour changes to green colour when the delta reaches threshold level and it will become dark-green when the delta is above threshold. This helps the users to identify the sensor nodes which are in detect for the corresponding finger touch event.
