Connect a 6-wire cable between the ISP/PDI header on the QT600 and the ISP header on the target board. See picture below.

Ensure that the target board has power, and that the voltage is within the operating range for the target device.

It is not necessary to remove the ISP cable while executing the code in the target MCU. The port pins used for ISP programming can be used for other purposes in your program.
