The user may use the EVK2080A to monitor the touch data in their own designs. To do this the AT90USB IC located on the EVK2080A must be connected to the target design via a data and a clock line. The debug data signal must be connected to J1 pin 1 and the debug clock signal must be connected to J1 pin 3. The location of these signals in the user design are defined by the user when interfaceing the AVR QTouch libraries. In addition gnd reference must be connected between the EVK2080A and the user design. This is found on J1 pin 2. To keep the EVK2080A MCU from destroying the data transfer the ATmega88 device on the EVK2080A should be erased.
