Note: SERCOM5, due to its location in PD0, has a reduced feature set and does not support these features:

- Single wire UART according to EN54
- SOF/EOF function
I²C:
- Fm+ and Hs modes
- SMBus SCL low timeout
- 10-bit addressing
- PMBus Group command support
SPI:
- Hardware chip select
- Wake on SS assertion
