Doxygen Integrator is an extension to the Atmel Studio which helps user to create documentation from the project in Doxygen Style.
Doxygen is a tool for writing software reference documentation. The documentation is written within code, and is thus relatively easy to keep up to date. Doxygen can cross reference documentation and code, so that the reader of a document can easily refer to the actual code.
Doxygen Integrator invokes Doxygen from Atmel Studio and creates documentations, which can be accessed from Atmel Studio itself, so that the navigation between the code and the documentation is very quick and user friendly.
