Open this dialog from the Breakpoints Window
(Window>Debugging>Breakpoints). Either click the “New
Breakpoint” icon 
or select “New Breakpoint” from a context menu.
The options available for the breakpoint are determined by the type of breakpoint selected and the selected device (not all options are available for all devices).
Types of breakpointss are:
- Line Breakpoints
- Data Breakpoints
- Address Breakpoints
- Event Breakpoint
- Function Breakpoints
- Pass Count Operation
